The brand’s key offering is its revolutionary fondue sets that feature perforated baskets, allowing for a broader range of cooking options beyond traditional fondue dishes. Customers can purchase fondue sets, accessories, and special editions like the Evolution Mini Fondue Set or the Cassandra Loignon Edition.
The website provides a seamless shopping experience, with multiple languages and currency options for international shoppers. In addition to products, Fondussimo offers recipes, customer reviews, and a blog to enhance the overall fondue cooking experience.
Challenge
Fondussimo, a growing e-commerce business, needed to scale their platform to handle increased traffic and improve operational efficiency. Their previous platform lacked the flexibility and scalability needed for high-volume sales, and they required more advanced features for managing promotions, inventory, and customer experiences.
Solution
Migrated the Fondussimo website to Shopify Plus, leveraging the platform's powerful features such as automated workflows (Shopify Flow), advanced discounting options, and a more robust checkout system. Customized the website’s theme to align with the brand’s identity while ensuring optimal performance and SEO.
Result
Successfully completed the migration, which resulted in a 20% increase in conversion rates due to improved checkout processes and enhanced user experience.
